My family had this Thanksgiving party on the day after Thanksgiving at an Elementary school that my cousin is the principal of. We all got together and ate food, played speed and 7 on the line. The old guys cheat. I brought my guitar, because I planned on getting bored, and like they taught me in boy scouts, I was prepared. After we had all eaten our fill of turkey and potatoes, Hayden and I went out in the hall and I played my guitar for a little while. I told Hayden I wanted to go explore the rest of the school. I took my guitar and Hayden got my camera out of my adventure bag.
This was the result:
Don't Hate.
Later that week, I played with my friends listened to the Jackson 5 Christmas music, listened to Foreigner records on Rachel's record player and watched Little Rascals. That was a fun time. Here's some pictures from that day.

Yesterday, I read the Forgotten Carols, and I loved it. Reading Christmas books is a good way to get into the spirit. I can feel that this season is going to be special. I haven't really thought about asking for presents like I have in years past. My mind has been more set on the real meaning of Christmas. The meaning we all to often pass by. Let's keep Christ in Christmas this year. He is the reason for Christmas. Not presents. Let's remember and celebrate our Savior' birth.
Challenge: Can we all try not to write X-mas? That is literally taking Christ out of Christmas. It kills me to see that. It make me feel like people have truly lost the point.
Well I hope this make-up post will suffice for all my missed days and procrastinations.
All my love, Addy
JK it's Ben.
I will continue to do ^that^ until she notices.
