We've all been guilty.

Do you actually enjoy the things you do?  Be honest.  Would you enjoy them less if someone else did the same thing?  Like what you like. Do what you want, not what makes you look different.  If you see a jacket that you like, but you think it looks too 'mainstream', buy it.

 I dare you. Triple-dog dare you.

Be different, because you already are.

Relax.  Forget about keeping up with the Jones's for a day, a week.  Be who you are with nothing artificial.  Be what you are.  An individual, matchless, human being.  There is no other person like you.  You don't need to prove your individuality by doing things that no one else does. God already made us different, so that should make the teenage struggle a little easier.

Be different, because you already are.

If you want so much to be different, be yourself.
